History & Stats - Jebby's History of HATPC
Hannah and the Pirate Caves Interguild

New members are often lost when joining a group, which is why we provide a record of our history. Of course, it is always good to have various versions of these for better info. Below is Jebby's version of our history:

THE FIRST ERA
HATPC is born and members of Neopets thrive around the new game, making threads on the boards where they discuss and compare caves. Jebby (on another account) discovers the game himself and joins in with these threads. The start of the first 'Happy Time'.

Jebby suggests rating someone's cave out of ten. Caverating becomes a new trend in caving.

Away from Jebby's attention, gingerandwhiskers (the Creator of HATPC guildism [abbrv. GAW]) makes the first caving guild.

Jebby joins the guild only to find that it is merging with a bigger guild: the HATPC guild. He stays with GAW for half an hour before leaving for the new guild.

Jebby joins the HATPC guild. The First Era ends.


THE SECOND ERA
Jebby meets many new cavers in this new guild and improves his cavemaking. It soon becomes a natural obsession.

Jebby slowly crawls up the rankings in the guild. He becomes more well known. (but not necessarily liked!)

Caving is pretty constant until everybody returned to school. The guild was ruined forever. Negative comments flew around and jebby and nathanaels13 both agreed that a new guild should be made. The first 'Happy Time' ends.


THE THIRD ERA
Jebby founds his own guild and puts nathan star13589 (a copycat of star15389) and his real life friend faithinsnoopy. The guild survives for several weeks, but jebby eventually realizes that it is impossible to create an effective guild during the school term. He, along with nathan and the star copycat, return to the HATPC guild.

It is even more derelict than before. Quirvy [nickname for wanderdust] is temporarily gone and only star and canadianstickdeath [abbrv. CSD] along with a couple of other lurkers remain. Jebby gets bored with caving and releases caves such as 'The Last Cave' and 'Yawnus Plentius'.

Out of boredom, star makes his own 'political party' called something along the lines of the Loyalist Social Political Party of Great Britain.

Also out of boredom, Jebby makes his own 'party' called the National Lincolnshirian Party.

Star irritates Jebby by saying that he will take over the guild with his party. Jebby makes his own serious party called the 'Caving Interguild of HATPC'. The party remains dormant for a week.


THE FOURTH ERA
Jebby looks for guilds that could join his interguild. He finds acceleron_3000's guild and is very impressed. He contacts acceleron and for a few weeks they discuss the interguild in neomails. Jebby joins the PCCA. The second 'Happy Time' begins.

Magnapple joins and with his advertising, several new members come in. canadianstickdeath also joins as cavetester. acceleron begins work on the interguild website.

Jebby searches through several guilds all of which are unsuitable. He hears of the 'Caver's guild'. Jebby meets Flame [flamming_bolder] and he joins the interguild.

The interguild forums are completed. Jebby posts this message in the forums.
